What is CAE?

It is the computer simulation process using the software to apply for engineering problems. It has 3 major processes.
Pre-processing (Meshing): Engineers models the geometry of the product and applies the physical properties and create the environment by applying load.
Analysis (Solving): The preprocessed model is solved using appropriate mathematical formulation of underlying physics (FEM / FVM).
Post-Processing: The results of the simulations are plotted in the form of graph or gradient representation. .
